The Malibu Bay club is a gated community located on the very north end of Malibu, California. The Bay Club is an ocean front community located behind guard gates with one to three bedroom condos with amazing views of the Pacific Ocean. The large majority of condos are between two to three bedrooms while the one bedroom units are very rare to come on the market. These tend to be very affordable condos compared with other comparable properties in Malibu. The community offers a guard gated entrance, heated pool and spa, paddle tennis and sports court. Association dues average $711 a month with certain restrictions on pets. There is a minimum 90 day rental period per the association so weekly short term rentals are not allowed.
